The course material covers many aspects of laser practices in dermatology and integrative practices and is unrivaled by others in the industry. The material includes various applications of phototherapy including lasers commonly used for pain management and found in chiropractic practices, as well as the latest in red light therapies when managing aging and lipolysis. LED applications in dermatology and functional medicine are covered along with the latest in photodynamic therapy applications in medical specialties such as integrative medicine, oncology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, and orthopedics. 

This material is critical for business owners, physicians, chiropractors, or individuals who currently use lasers in private practice and are required by OSHA to appoint a Medical Laser Safety Officer with operation of a Class IIIB or Class IV laser system.  The study covers the role of the Medical Laser Safety Officer who has the responsibility to implement a laser safety plan and manage the safe use of lasers in a healthcare environment.
